Megan Lo - Registrar
Responsible for certifying birth dates and all necessary
forms and fees of all Club players and serves on the scheduling committee for CRYSA.

Tim Sepich - Coach Coordinator
Coordinates the recruitment and assignment of coaches to teams and is responsible
for the Coach Development program which includes clinics, regular meetings of coaches during the Club
season, and any other training-related activities. Also is the main communication point for Club coaches
regarding information of programs and Club policies, activities and team formations.

Shelley Garvin
- Referee Coordinator
Recruits, coordinates training and schedules referees for the Club. Investigates
and reports to the board on any referee concerns for the Club.
